Insider Reveals We’ll See a More Troubled Version of Spider-Man in ‘Doomsday’

Spider-Man: No Way Home left Peter Parker in a heartbreaking place. He lost everything—his friends, his family, and even his identity. With Doomsday on the way, many are wondering if we’ll see him dealing with all that pain.
According to Alex Perez from The Cosmic Circus, Doomsday won’t really dive into Peter’s loss. He won’t have time to process what happened. Instead, he’ll be completely wrapped up in being Spider-Man. His hero duties will keep him so busy that he won’t just be hiding his identity—he’ll be hiding his emotions, too, and that might account for a darker, more troubled version of the character.
This doesn’t mean he won’t struggle. There will be moments where his emotions slip through, but the movie won’t explore them deeply. His grief and trauma will stay buried, only showing up in small ways. It’s clear he’s not okay, but he won’t face it yet.
The real focus on Peter’s emotional state will happen in his next solo movie. That’s where we’ll see the real impact of everything he’s been through. Until then, we’ll have to watch him bottle everything up while he keeps fighting.
Alex Perez shared this info through The Cosmic Circus, giving us a glimpse of what’s ahead. It looks like we’ll have to wait a little longer to see Peter finally deal with his pain.
