Miley Cyrus is set to release a brand-new song for the upcoming “Avatar: Fire and Ash” movie.

The track, titled Dream as One, was created in collaboration with Andrew Wyatt, Mark Ronson, and Simon Franglen. It will play during the film’s end credits and also appear on the official soundtrack. According to reports, the song will be released on November 14, while the full soundtrack, featuring Franglen’s score, is scheduled for December 12.

Cyrus shared her excitement about the project on social media. “Honored to support Avatar: Fire and Ash with an original song I’ve written with Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt,” she wrote.

“Having been personally affected by fire and being rebuilt from the ashes, this project holds profound meaning for me. Thank you, Jim, for the opportunity to turn that experience into musical medicine. The film’s themes of unity, healing, and love resonate deeply within my soul, and to be even a small star in the universe the Avatar family has created is truly a dream come true.”

Avatar: Fire and Ash continues the story from 2022’s Avatar: The Way of Water and marks James Cameron’s return to Pandora. The movie stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaña, and Kate Winslet, along with returning cast members including Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, and CCH Pounder.

This isn’t Cyrus’ first time contributing to a soundtrack. She previously recorded Beautiful That Way for The Last Showgirl soundtrack in 2024. Earlier this year, she released her ninth studio album, Something Beautiful, accompanied by a visual film.

Cyrus’ involvement with Avatar: Fire and Ash highlights her continued presence in major film soundtracks and her interest in projects that hold personal meaning. Her collaboration with high-profile producers like Mark Ronson and Simon Franglen adds further excitement for fans.

It’s exciting to see Miley Cyrus continue exploring music for film. Avatar is one of the most visually ambitious franchises ever, and pairing it with original songs from artists like Cyrus could make the experience even more memorable.
