Amanda Bynes has shared an update on her weight loss journey, revealing she has lost 20 pounds since starting Ozempic.

The former Nickelodeon star, 39, began using the diabetes medication in June, which has gained popularity as a weight loss trend. She hopes to lose another 50 pounds while continuing the treatment, according to an Instagram update on Wednesday.

“I’ve lost 20 pounds so far. I’m so excited about that, to be honest. Also, I want to lose about 50 more pounds,” Bynes said in the video.

She added, “I’m 163 now. I actually shot up on the Ozempic pill, shot up to 180 from 173. So I was able to lose twenty pounds from 180 and now I’m down to 163 on the Ozempic injection. I’m really glad I’m on the injection, it’s really working for me. And I’m trying to lose more weight just to feel skinny and cute. So I will keep taking Ozempic and I just wanted to post about it because I know that I hadn’t made a post about my progress on Ozempic since I posted about it months ago.”

Earlier this year, Bynes shared her initial goals for using Ozempic, saying she hoped to go from 173 pounds down to around 130.

In addition to her weight loss efforts, Bynes recently announced a new project on OnlyFans. She joined the subscription platform to interact with fans, share fashion designs, and recount stories from her time on Nickelodeon.

According to a source who spoke to DailyMail.com, Bynes aims to make the space safe and professional. “Amanda was looking into making money and is convinced that OnlyFans will bring some serious cash her way,” the insider said. “Her intentions are to do this before she seeks any reality show opportunities. She understands the stigma around OnlyFans, but she is determined to make this very safe – nothing naughty.”

“She wants to share some of her future designs with her fans, collaborate with them and she also wants to tell stories to people who don’t know everything about what happened from her past at Nickelodeon. She wants to make it a spot where fans can go and treat it like a meet and greet.”

Bynes debuted her OnlyFans account on Instagram, noting, “I’m doing OnlyFans to chat with my fans through DM’s. I won’t be posting any sleazy content. Excited to join.” She is charging fans over $50 per month to access her page, which currently features mirror selfies.
