Actor Bryan Cranston Calls Donald Trump ‘Dangerous’ and Questions His Intelligence
Bryan Cranston has criticized President Donald Trump, calling him “dangerous” and questioning his intelligence. Speaking on BBC Radio 5, the actor said, “I think he is dangerous and quite frankly I don’t think he’s that smart. I really don’t. I think he knows how to sell himself. And that’s because of his narcissism. He cannot allow himself not to be seen as a winner.”

Cranston has been openly critical of Trump for years. During a campaign rally in Phoenix, Arizona, focused on abortion rights, he endorsed the Harris-Walz ticket. Speaking as a father, Cranston emphasized the importance of reproductive choice for his daughter and all women, highlighting his concern for the future.
His opposition to Trump stretches back to the 2016 election. At the time, Cranston told The Bestseller Experiment podcast that he would consider moving if Trump won the presidency. “I would definitely move. … It’s not real to me that that would happen. I hope to God it won’t,” he said.
Cranston has also compared Trump to a tragic character from a Shakespearean play. However, he admitted that portraying such a figure would be challenging. “It’s hard for me to imagine trying to justify what this man has said and done. So, I don’t know if it’s actually possible for me to play the character, but it would be a challenge,” he told USA Today.
Cranston’s comments show that he continues to speak out on political issues, using his platform to address what he sees as threats to democracy and society.
