Simu Liu Sparks X-Mansion Rumors with a New Photo

Simu Liu recently shared a new photo on social media that has fans buzzing with excitement.

Many are speculating that the “Shang-Chi” star is at the X-Mansion, a location expected to appear in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday. Fans have noticed that the architecture in the photo looks similar to previous depictions of the X-Mansion in both films and comics.

This isn’t the first time rumors about X-Mansion have circulated. During filming, set leaks suggested that Avengers: Doomsday might feature the iconic mansion.

The film, produced by Marvel Studios and AGBO and distributed by Walt Disney Studios, is set to be the fifth Avengers installment after Avengers: Endgame (2019) and the 39th entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, Avengers: Doomsday is written by Michael Waldron and Stephen McFeely.

The film boasts a huge ensemble cast including Chris Hemsworth, Vanessa Kirby, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Letitia Wright, Paul Rudd, Wyatt Russell, Tenoch Huerta Mejía, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Simu Liu, Florence Pugh, Kelsey Grammer, Lewis Pullman, Danny Ramirez, Joseph Quinn, David Harbour, Winston Duke, Hannah John-Kamen, Tom Hiddleston, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Alan Cumming, Rebecca Romijn, James Marsden, Channing Tatum, Pedro Pascal, and Robert Downey Jr.

The story follows the Avengers, Wakandans, Fantastic Four, New Avengers, and the X-Men as they team up to face Doctor Doom, played by Downey. Fourteen months after the events of Thunderbolts* , these heroes must unite to prevent Doom from causing global chaos.

The movie is scheduled to hit U.S. theaters on December 18, 2026, as part of Phase Six of the MCU. Its sequel, Secret Wars, will follow on December 17, 2027.
