Disney held a special world premiere for the second season of Percy Jackson and the Olympians at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles, just ahead of the release of the first two episodes on Disney+.

The event brought fans and stars together for a night celebrating the beloved series.

This season follows Percy Jackson as he sets out on a dangerous journey into the Sea of Monsters. After Camp Half-Blood’s borders are breached, Percy searches for his best friend Grover and the legendary Golden Fleece, which could save the camp. With Annabeth, Clarisse, and his cyclops half-brother Tyson by his side, Percy must stop Luke, the Titan Kronos, and their plan to take down both Camp Half-Blood and Olympus.

The premiere fully embraced the story of The Sea of Monsters, the second book in Rick Riordan’s series. Guests arrived on an ocean-blue carpet dominated by a giant tentacle, and the museum was decorated to feel like an underwater kingdom, creating a cinematic and immersive experience.

Many stars of the series were in attendance, including Walker Scobell, Leah Sava Jeffries, Aryan Simhadri, Charlie Bushnell, Dior Goodjohn, and Daniel Diemer. The premiere also featured guest stars from the season, such as Jason Mantzoukas, Timothy Simons, Glynn Turman, Courtney B. Vance, Andra Day, Virginia Kull, and Tamara Smart.

However, it was Dafne Keen who captured the most attention on the red carpet. She wore a stunning off-the-shoulder dress that featured a dramatic neckline and a wide band of folded fabric framing her collarbone and shoulders. Fans and photographers alike were impressed by her bold and elegant look.
