Ray J is continuing his legal fight against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner, claiming the mother-daughter duo engaged in racketeering and other illegal activities.

The singer, 44, best known for his 2005 hit “Sexy Can I,” alleges that Kardashian, 45, and Jenner, 70, worked with Vivid Entertainment to “defraud the public with their fake [defamation] lawsuit” against him, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.

“To me, Kim and Kris have repeatedly engaged in a criminal enterprise and racketeering activity, violating RICO over and over again. I have no doubt about that,” Ray J wrote in his filing. He also argues that their actions are worse than the racketeering accusations previously made against Sean “Diddy” Combs in his federal trial.

Ray J claims Kardashian and Jenner committed credit card fraud against him and his family by racking up an $850,000 bill. Representatives for all parties did not respond immediately to Page Six for comment.

The dispute began in October when Kardashian and Jenner filed a defamation lawsuit against Ray J after he said he was cooperating with federal authorities to build a RICO case against them. He responded in November with a countersuit, alleging that Kardashian and Jenner orchestrated the release of their s** tape in 2007.

Ray J calls their defamation suit a “publicity, power, and punishment” move because he refused to go along with their claims. He maintains that he and Kardashian filmed the tape consensually in 2003 and that its release in 2006 was influenced by Kardashian and Jenner. All three reportedly signed an agreement with Vivid Entertainment for the tape’s release.

Ray J also says Jenner, Kardashian, and Kardashian’s ex-husband Kanye West falsely accused him of s***** assault on Hulu’s Keeping Up With the Kardashians. They also accused him of revenge p*** and extortion. Ray J claims these accusations led to a $6 million settlement that included a promise to avoid further public mention of the tape.

However, Ray J alleges that Kardashian, Jenner, West, and Kendall Jenner violated the settlement almost immediately. He adds that he was “defrauded” into signing the agreement and that Kardashian’s lawyers tried to “extort” him after he spoke about the tape on a 2024 podcast.

This case is messy and highly public, and it shows how long-running legal and personal disputes can escalate in the public eye. Ray J’s claims are serious, and the outcome could have major implications for all involved. What do you think about these accusations? Do you believe Ray J’s version of events, or is this another chapter in a long feud? Share your thoughts in the comments.
