Netflix has released the first official trailer for “Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man,” bringing Birmingham’s infamous Shelby gang back to screens after four years. The film continues the story of the hit crime drama and is set to hit select theaters on March 6, followed by streaming on Netflix starting March 20.

Cillian Murphy returns as Tommy Shelby, the gang’s ruthless leader. Speaking in June 2024 about reprising his role, Murphy said, “It seems like Tommy Shelby wasn’t finished with me…It is very gratifying to be re-collaborating with Steven Knight and Tom Harper on the film version of ‘Peaky Blinders.’ This is one for the fans.”

Several original cast members will also return. Sophie Rundle is back as Tommy’s sister Ada Thorne, while Stephen Graham and Ned Dennehy reprise their roles as family allies Hayden Stagg and Charlie Strong. New faces joining the cast include Rebecca Ferguson, Barry Keoghan, Tim Roth, and Jay Lycurgo.

The film is directed by Tom Harper, who has previously directed episodes of the series. “Peaky Blinders” first premiered on the BBC in 2013 and later became available in the U.S. through Netflix. The show ran for six seasons, concluding in 2022, and was created by British screenwriter Steven Knight.

The trailer hints at the same high-stakes action, intrigue, and tension fans have come to expect from the Shelby family saga. With familiar faces returning and new characters entering the mix, the film promises to expand the “Peaky Blinders” world in exciting ways.
