See How Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds Celebrate the Holidays With Their Family
Blake Lively recently shared a glimpse into how she celebrates the holidays with her family.
The actress posted an Instagram Story on Sunday showing her husband, Ryan Reynolds, 49, and their four children: James, 11, Inez, 9, Betty, 6, and Olin, 2. Lively, 38, described the moment as “my heaven”, highlighting cozy activities like enjoying hot cookies and ice-cold milk, playing Mahjong, and watching the HGTV show Fixer Upper.
“Nothing better…family, hot cookies, iced cold milk (yes, with ice, iykyk),” she wrote. She added, “A fire, Mahjong, a sparkly Britney Spears inspired water bottle, snow outside and a new season of Fixer Upper. My heaven.”
While enjoying the holidays, Lively has been busy with her hair care brand, Blake Brown Beauty, and ongoing legal matters. The actress filed a complaint with the California Civil Rights Department alleging s**** harassment by her It Ends With Us co-star and director, Justin Baldoni. The New York Times reported that Baldoni hired a PR team after the allegations surfaced, allegedly to discredit Lively.
Lively received public support from several people, including author Colleen Hoover, her Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants co-stars Amber Tamblyn, America Ferrera, and Alexis Bledel, as well as actors Gwyneth Paltrow, Amy Schumer, Paul Feig, Jenny Slate, and Brandon Sklenar.
SAG-AFTRA and Sony Pictures also voiced support. Other actresses, like Kate Beckinsale and Abigail Breslin, shared their experiences with harassment on sets, citing Lively as an inspiration.
In response, Baldoni filed a $250 million libel lawsuit against The New York Times. Lively then filed a federal lawsuit against Baldoni regarding the same issues. Baldoni counter-sued for $400 million, claiming defamation, extortion, and invasion of privacy. In June, Judge Lewis J. Liman dismissed Baldoni’s lawsuit, ruling that Lively’s accusations were legally protected. Lively’s original complaint is expected to go to trial in March 2026.
Despite the legal battles, Lively’s recent posts show her focusing on family and enjoying holiday traditions with Reynolds and their children. Her stories capture a warm, relaxed side of life amid public and legal pressures.
