Vanessa Hudgens is taking a moment to look back at life before motherhood in a playful throwback shared on Instagram. The actress, 37, reflected on the busy holiday season with a post highlighting “simpler times.”
“Well I haven’t gone to any holiday parties or even leave [sic] the home this holiday season. Newborn life lol so here’s a photo of me in simpler times where I danced on tables. What a year it’s been. From this to mom of 2…. What a journey ❤️,” Hudgens wrote on Sunday, December 28.
The photo shows Hudgens smiling in a hot pink one-piece swimsuit while kneeling on a table, her hair tied up in a casual bun and sunglasses completing the look.
In November, she celebrated the birth of her second child with a heartfelt post: “Well…. I did it. Had another baby!!! What a wild ride labor is. Big shout out to all the moms. It’s truly incredible what our bodies can do ❤️.”
Hudgens also shared a candid moment in her Instagram Story, revealing that she had popped a blood vessel during delivery. “Labor: Poppin out babies and blood vessels lol,” she wrote alongside a selfie.
The actress and her husband, Major League Baseball shortstop Cole Tucker, 29, welcomed their first child in mid-2024, and their second in November. The couple married on December 2, 2023, in Tulum, Mexico. Hudgens and Tucker have been together since 2020, after she split from actor Austin Butler.
