Ex-NFL Star Matt Kalil Sues Ex-Wife Over Alleged “Invasive” Penis Size Remark
Matt Kalil, the former NFL player, is taking legal action against his ex-wife, model Haley Kalil, over remarks she made during a livestream in November.
According to TMZ Sports, Kalil filed a lawsuit claiming that Haley’s comments about their past s**** relationship invaded his privacy and caused public backlash.
During the livestream on Marlon Garcia’s Mar-Athon show, Haley allegedly described the size of Kalil’s genitals as “two Coke cans, maybe even a third,” and said that their intimate life contributed to their 2022 divorce. She also claimed that being with him left her “in tears.”
In the court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Kalil says that the comments revealed “highly intimate and private facts regarding Plaintiff’s physical person and s**** life” and drew unwanted attention from the public. He also stated that the remarks affected his family, noting that his current wife, Keilani Asmus, received messages that became “increasingly frequent, disturbing, and alarming in nature over time.”
The lawsuit further alleges that Haley financially benefited from her statements. According to the documents, she gained “substantial financial benefit, increased viewership, increased engagement, and monetization through various social media platforms and media coverage.” Kalil is suing for invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment, seeking a jury trial and damages exceeding $75,000.
Haley Kalil responded to TMZ, saying she was “genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt” by the lawsuit. She added, “Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal.”
She did not directly address the comments about their past relationship but said she had spoken positively about Kalil during the livestream, calling him “the greatest guy in the world” and discussing “the love in our marriage, the growth we experienced, [and] the depth of our connection.”
Matt and Haley married in 2015 and divorced in 2022. Kalil remarried in 2024 and shares a one-year-old son with his current wife.
