Jennifer Aniston’s Trainer Reveals the Secret to Her Fit Figure at 56
Jennifer Aniston stays in incredible shape at 56 thanks to her commitment to regular workouts, according to her personal trainer Dani Coleman.
In an interview with the Daily Mail on Thursday, Coleman explained that no matter how busy Aniston’s schedule gets, she always makes time to move her body.
“No matter how much time or where Jen’s schedule takes her, she always values moving her body,” Coleman said.
“She understands that doing something each day, even if it’s small, is better than nothing, which is why she loves Pvolve because we have workouts of all lengths and formats.”
Coleman, who is the founder and VP of training at Pvolve, described the routines she does with Aniston. The trainer said they focus on full-body workouts using a variety of tools and exercises. “Jen and I train utilizing our Signature formats: Strength & Sculpt, Sculpt & Burn, and Progressive Weight Training,” Coleman said.
“We do full-body workouts and love to frequent our p.band, p.3 trainer, p.ball, and gliders, and we mix in heavy dumbbells with a focus on building lean muscle mass. Our sessions are filled with hard work, a good playlist, and a few intermissions to play with the pups!” She was referring to Aniston’s dogs, Clyde and Lord Chesterfield.
Coleman also praised Aniston’s attitude toward exercise. “She loves a challenging workout,” she said, calling the actress a “super woman.”
Aniston has been a longtime fan of Pvolve’s low-impact functional workout system and has partnered with the program since 2023. In addition to her exercise routine, the star follows what she calls an “80/20” approach to health.
In a January 2025 interview with Allure, she explained that she balances healthy living with enjoying life. “You’ve got to live your life. No restrictions, except hard drugs,” Aniston said. “It’s the 80/20 approach. Eighty percent healthy living and then 20 percent is: Go have a martini, go have your pizza and burgers and stay up late with your friends.”
