Hailey Bieber Breaks Silence on the Biggest Rumor About Her and Sets the Record Straight
Hailey Bieber is speaking openly about how she feels she is seen by the public, addressing long-running opinions about her personality and image in a new interview.
In a conversation with Interview Magazine, Bieber was asked what she believes people misunderstand most about her. She responded that she feels many assumptions about her have already faded, especially the idea that she comes across as unfriendly.
She explained that public perception does not always match reality, especially for people who live in the spotlight. According to her, those outside her personal circle only see a small part of who she is, which can lead to misjudgments.
During the interview, she said, “I feel like we’re past the misconception that I’m a b****. This is not a misconception, but I feel like people really don’t understand me, which I think is quite common for someone in the public eye. Obviously, people aren’t gonna know me the way you and I know each other. We’ve had certain conversations, and we’ve spent time together, where it’s like you can actually see me. And I feel like that doesn’t translate to the public most of the time.”
She also noted that even though she accepts being a public figure comes with attention and opinions, it is still difficult when people form ideas about her without knowing her personally.
The discussion came during a wider conversation with interviewer Mel Ottenberg, who agreed that public perception often differs from real-life interactions. He added that his personal view of Bieber has remained consistent over time.
The interview highlights the ongoing gap between celebrity image and private identity, especially for figures who are constantly in the public eye through social media and media coverage.
