‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ Star Dafne Keen Shows Off Sun-Soaked Beachside Glam in a Barely-There Bikini Moment
Dafne Keen recently shared a relaxed and personal moment on Instagram. She posted a photo from Palermo, Italy, where she is seen enjoying time at the beach with her mother. Keen has been very active after gaining even more attention for her role as Laura, also known as X-23, in Deadpool & Wolverine. That appearance brought her back into the spotlight and introduced her character to a new wave of fans.
After that success, she moved into several different projects across genres. One of her main recent steps is into horror films. She stars in Whistle, a supernatural horror movie directed by Corin Hardy. She plays the main character Chrysanthemum “Chrys” Willet. In this series, she will play the Greek goddess Artemis. This is expected to be a major recurring role and adds another well-known franchise to her growing career.
She is also working on smaller and more independent projects. One of them is The Marshmallow Experiment, where she takes on a dual role as both producer and actress. She plays a supporting character named Kat Garcia. This is one of her first steps into producing, showing that she is also interested in working behind the camera.
Another project, Barracuda, is currently in post-production. It is an indie drama that adds to her growing list of varied roles across different genres and formats.
When it comes to her future in superhero films, there is still uncertainty. Fans continue to ask whether she will return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe after her appearance in Deadpool & Wolverine.
In interviews, she has said that there have been no official talks with Marvel yet. However, she has also clearly expressed interest in coming back. She said she would “100% do this for the rest of my life” when talking about the role of Laura, and she has shown enthusiasm about the idea of her character joining a larger MCU team.
