“The Furious” is getting a lot of attention from critics even before its wide release. The martial arts film has already earned a 99% rating on Rotten Tomatoes based on early reviews, according to Rotten Tomatoes and early critical responses. This strong score has put the movie in the spotlight as one of the most talked-about action films of the year.

Early reactions from critics suggest that “The Furious” is being received very positively across reviews, which include around 80 critics. Many reviewers are praising the film’s intense fight scenes, fast pacing, and heavy action style. Some have even compared its energy and impact to the well-known “The Raid” films, which are often seen as modern classics in martial arts cinema.

The movie tells the story of Wang Wei, played by Xie Miao. He is an ordinary worker whose life changes completely when his daughter is kidnapped by a criminal group. When he turns to the police for help, he is ignored because of corruption. This pushes him to take action on his own, leading him into a violent and dangerous criminal world.

During his journey, Wang Wei meets Navin, played by Joe Taslim. Navin is a journalist who is also dealing with personal pain after the disappearance of his wife. The two characters come together and form an unlikely team. They both have different reasons for fighting, but they share the same goal of survival and justice.
