The strangest moment of the early episodes comes when Ben hears a noise, checks the room, and finds it completely empty. Exhausted, he lies down only for his client to suddenly reappear on the bed as if he never left. In another unsettling turn, Mr. Nas vomits a black sludge, hinting that he is somehow tied to the deaths happening elsewhere in the story.
