‘Solo Mio’ Star Alyson Hannigan (52) Shares a Jellycat Day Out With Her Daughter, and Fans Swear They’re Twins

Hannigan and husband Alexis Denisof met on the set of ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’ and married on October 11, 2003. They have two daughters, and the couple occasionally brings them to premieres and special events. Denisof is best known for playing Wesley Wyndam-Pryce on ‘Buffy’ and ‘Angel’.
Their family has hit a new milestone this year. On August 31, Hannigan shared a photo of her younger daughter holding a “So High School Class of 2030” poster, and joked that she now has two high schoolers. That milestone helps explain why these outings feel special.
Professionally, Hannigan has been keeping busy while still embracing her signature roles. In a 2024 interview with People, she floated an idea for a ‘How I Met Your Mother’ spinoff centered on Marshall. She also said she couldn’t bring herself to watch ‘How I Met Your Father’, even the episode where Denisof reprised his role as Sandy Rivers.
