Viewers catching up this week should know the third hour is built around a painful reunion. Amy and Jake are forced to confront their past, and the official synopsis adds that the pair are assigned a bizarre case that exposes their still raw feelings, while Michael and Sonya face a family crisis involving a young addict.
Not every date was available for the whole season at one point. One outlet noted that only the opening three episodes had dates in the published schedule. Newer listings now show the fourth entry on October 13, which means the calendar is filling in as the season rolls along.
Air Time and the Fox Schedule
New episodes arrive on Fox on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET and PT. That is the same slot used for the premiere on September 22, so there is no schedule shuffle to track.
The network has plenty of reasons to keep the show in a prime position. When announcing the renewal, Fox president Michael Thorn called it a true breakout that delivered the network’s largest scripted multiplatform audience of the season.

The simplest option is live on Fox, and episodes are available to stream the next day on Hulu. For anyone who misses a Tuesday night, that next day window makes catching up painless.
Fox also runs its own streaming home, and the network’s page states that available episodes from the current season can be streamed on Fox One. That gives viewers another route if Hulu is not part of their lineup.
Newcomers have a catch up path too. The first season is on Netflix, and the second season arrived on the streamer the day the third season premiered. Thorn’s own comments about momentum across Fox, Hulu, Netflix and internationally show how widely the show has traveled.
