Sophie Turner has been a fixture at Louis Vuitton shows for years. An ambassador for the house, she has a longstanding friendship with creative director Nicolas Ghesquière, and her front-row looks have ranged from black sculptural capes to custom leather sets.

The pattern has leaned dark in recent seasons, with plenty of black, metallics and structured shapes. At the previous September show, for instance, she arrived in a black sculptural cape jacket, sheer tights and slouchy boots, an outfit that earned plenty of comparisons to her ‘Game of Thrones’ character Sansa Stark.

This time, Turner went in a very different direction. Photos and video shared on social media from Tuesday’s Louis Vuitton Spring 2027 show in Paris show her in an oversized caramel leather jacket with voluminous sleeves, layered with a cream scarf-style collar with fringed ends over a white top. She paired it with bright, wide-leg blue trousers, a deep burgundy handbag with a chain strap, and her brunette hair in loose waves.

The palette is what sets the outfit apart. The warm, textured tan of the jacket sits against the saturated cobalt of the trousers, and the blue panel running down the front of the jacket ties the two together. The cream scarf softens the combination, while the dark burgundy bag adds a deeper accent.

Photographed in a smiling moment among a crowd of onlookers, the look comes across as relaxed and playful rather than severe. That is a change from the structured, high-drama pieces she has favored at previous shows, and it gives the outfit a distinct personality in a front row full of strong statements.

Turner was one of many familiar faces at the show. Emma Stone wore a plunging blue blazer and Zendaya wore a dramatic white ruffled jacket, while Ana de Armas, Rhea Seehorn and Jennifer Connelly were also among the famous guests, according to the Press Association.

It is a group that regularly turns Louis Vuitton’s Paris presentations into one of the most closely watched events of fashion week. For ambassadors like Turner, the shows are also a chance to experiment, since each season brings a new collection to react to.

Turner’s relationship with Louis Vuitton goes back well before this week. She wore a crystal- and sequin-encrusted Louis Vuitton jumpsuit to the 2019 Met Gala, and she has attended the brand’s shows across Paris and beyond, including the Cruise 2026 presentation in Avignon, where she wore a navy structured jacket with matching shorts.

Earlier this year she accepted the Artist of Distinction Award at the Newport Beach Festival in a custom Louis Vuitton leather skirt set inspired by a Cruise 2026 runway look. She did so during a break from filming ‘Tomb Raider’, arriving as a Lara Croft-esque brunette, and the brunette hair seen in this week’s photos continues that look.

Her professional calendar has been just as busy as her fashion one. Turner starred in the Prime Video heist thriller ‘Steal’, which premiered in January, and she plays Lara Croft in Amazon’s ‘Tomb Raider’ series, developed by Phoebe Waller-Bridge. Turner turned 30 in February, and a magazine interview earlier this year described her as starting 2026 on a high.

With a major franchise role and a steady run of fashion appearances, she has become a regular presence in both worlds. Her Louis Vuitton looks have also become a way to follow her evolution, from sculptural black to the warmer, brighter combination she wore in Paris on Tuesday.

Paris Fashion Week is still underway, and more celebrity looks are on the way. For now, Turner’s caramel and cobalt outfit is one of the more colorful turns of the Louis Vuitton front row.
