From brand-new fall season premieres to enduring daytime staples, viewers are tuning in across multiple genres. Here is a closer look at the most popular shows currently dominating the streaming service.

‘Best Medicine’ (2026)

Developed by Liz Tuccillo, ‘Best Medicine’ is a medical comedy-drama adapted from the British television series ‘Doc Martin’. The narrative follows Dr. Martin Best, portrayed by Josh Charles, a prominent Boston vascular surgeon who abruptly leaves his city career after developing severe hemophobia. He relocates to a picturesque East Coast coastal village to serve as its sole general practitioner, where his prickly bedside manner frequently clashes with the eccentric local residents. The ensemble cast features Abigail Spencer, Josh Segarra, Cree Cicchino, and Annie Potts. Following its television broadcast on Fox, the series streams its newest episodes on Hulu, where its second season debuted in fall 2026.

‘Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test’ (2023)

Adapted from the British series ‘SAS: Who Dares Wins’, ‘Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test’ places celebrity recruits into rigorous military-style selection courses. An elite directing staff of former special operations operatives, including Rudy Reyes, Mark Billingham, and Jason Fox, subjects participants to intense physical and psychological trials. The format eliminates traditional contestant voting and cash prizes, meaning recruits can depart only through voluntary withdrawal, medical removal, or staff failure. The fifth season, filmed in the jungles of Malaysia, challenges a new group of household names across harsh terrain and demanding tactical obstacles. New installments air on Fox before arriving for next-day streaming on Hulu.

‘General Hospital’ (1963)

The ensemble cast includes McKinley Freeman and Morris Chestnut, with new additions such as Durrell Babbs and Meagan Good joining the roster.
