‘Invincible’ Scores Season 5 Renewal Before Season 4 Hits Screens

Invincible fans have something to celebrate. Prime Video has already renewed the popular superhero series for a fifth season, even though Season 4 hasn’t been released yet. This news came directly from Prime Video as part of their recent schedule update. According to the platform, the creators of the show feel good about where Mark Grayson’s story is headed after the events of Season 3, which ended earlier this year.

Season 4 of Invincible is still without an exact release date. All that’s known for now is that it will arrive sometime in 2026. Since Season 4 hasn’t dropped yet, it’s not surprising that Season 5 also doesn’t have a date.

Prime Video clearly wants the series to continue for several more years. They’ve also announced that actor Matthew Rhys has joined the cast for the upcoming fourth season. Rhys, known for his roles in Watchmen and The Americans, will voice a new character, though the studio hasn’t revealed who that will be.

Fans will remember that Season 3 ended in March, finishing with another intense and bloody fight. Throughout the eight episodes, Mark Grayson dealt with alternate realities and grew closer to Atom Eve. But everything changed in the finale when the Viltrumites arrived on Earth, and Conquest made his first appearance.

Prime Video has confirmed that all voice work for Season 4 is already finished. However, there’s no news yet about when more details about the season’s story, cast, or release date will be shared. News about Season 5 might take even longer to arrive.

In the meantime, fans can look forward to the new Invincible VS video game, announced last month. The 3v3 fighting game will feature characters like Mark, Atom Eve, Omni-Man, and Rex Splode. It’s planned to release in 2026.

For now, it’s clear that Invincible is here to stay, with both Season 4 and Season 5 officially on the way.
