Alan Ritchson’s Viral Neighbor Fight Gets Hilarious AI Movie Trailer
Alan Ritchson’s fight with his neighbor in Brentwood, Tennessee, has taken on a new life online. Filmmaker Taylor Chien created an AI-generated parody video that turns the real-life confrontation into an over-the-top action movie trailer. He shared the video on Instagram on Wednesday, and it has quickly grabbed attention.
The clip uses AI to recreate both Ritchson and his neighbor, Ronnie Taylor. It includes dramatic narration, a fake movie-style fight, and even a humorous cameo of a John Cena lookalike calling the cops.
The parody trailer exaggerates the fight with fake dialogue and POV shots from Ritchson’s perspective. The narration adds comic tension, saying things like, “In a quiet neighborhood, one man saw a motorcycle… and still chose chaos.” The video mixes AI footage with a brief clip from the real fight for effect. Chien added that creating the video usually takes weeks, but he finished it in six hours because the incident was still trending online. “My goal was simply to make people laugh and enjoy it,” he said.
The actual fight occurred when Ritchson and his two children were riding motorcycles near his home. Bodycam footage later showed that Taylor stepped into the street and pushed Ritchson off his bike. Police reviewed the videos and confirmed that Ritchson acted in self-defense.
Ritchson, 43, also commented on Instagram about finishing post-production for season four of his show Reacher. “Happy to be back in the booth after such a crazy week,” he said. He called the new season “the most gripping yet” and said, “This thing is going to be hitting the airwaves soon, best season yet.”
His neighbor, Ronnie Taylor, is a 56-year-old KPMG USA executive in Nashville. Some social media users criticized him for wearing a Make America Great Again hat during the incident.
The AI trailer is a funny and creative way to turn a tense moment into entertainment. It also shows how quickly viral moments can inspire online content. What do you think about turning real-life fights into comedy? Share your thoughts in the comments.
