Alessandra Ambrosio is celebrating her 45th birthday, and fans are still amazed by how she looks. The Brazilian model, who became famous in the early 2000s, continues to keep a fit body and youthful appearance.
Many people often ask how she does it, and part of the answer seems to be her daily diet and routine, according to interviews she has given to media outlets like Glamour, ELLE, and Yahoo Life.
Her day usually starts early, around 7:30 in the morning. For breakfast, she keeps things simple but healthy. She eats eggs, English muffins, fruit, and drinks coffee. Sometimes she adds bacon, but not every day.
After breakfast, she focuses on staying active. She often goes to the gym or attends a Pilates class. She once said, “It’s important to break a sweat every day, and I love the way Pilates makes me feel long and lean.” This routine helps her stay in shape and feel good.
Later in the morning, she might grab another coffee before heading home. Once back, she usually prepares a low-sugar protein smoothie and adds fruits and vegetables to her meals.
For lunch, she chooses light and healthy options. She often eats salads with chicken or fish. If she is working, she looks for healthy takeaway meals instead of fast food.
When she needs a snack, she keeps it clean and simple. She likes almonds, fruit, and energy bars made with chia seeds. She carries these with her to avoid eating too much sugar.

I’m all about moderation… So if I want a little bit of dark chocolate on a plane or a cocktail with friends on the weekend, I’ll have it.” She also mentioned that she enjoys wine regularly and sometimes has desserts.
She also pushed back on the idea that models do not eat properly. In an interview with Yahoo Life, she explained, “They say models don’t eat to keep our figures, but for me, I always loved food — I think everything with moderation is fine.” She added, “I love my curves. I like to eat. I like to be healthy.”
At home, she also enjoys cooking with her children. She said they sometimes bake together, including carrot cake with chocolate topping for special moments.
Her approach feels realistic and balanced. She does not follow extreme diets, and she still enjoys food while staying healthy. That is probably why it works for her long term.
