Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form Call It Quits After 3 Years of Marriage
Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have ended their marriage after more than three years together. A representative for the actress confirmed the news to People.
In a statement shared with the outlet, the rep said, Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have made the decision to end their marriage. The message added, The decision was made with love and respect. They will continue to co-parent their child together and appreciate privacy as they navigate this transition.
The couple got married in June 2022 in New Orleans. They welcomed their first child together, a son, in 2024. He is now 15 months old. Daddario is also a stepmother to Form’s two children, Rowan, 9, and Julian, 12, from his previous marriage to actress Jordana Brewster.
Form is known for producing major films, including the A Quiet Place movies and The Purge series. His work in the horror genre has made him a well-known name in Hollywood.
Daddario first made her relationship with Form public in May 2021 when she shared a photo of them together on Instagram. Later that year, in December 2021, People confirmed that they were engaged. They tied the knot about six months later.
In July 2024, Daddario revealed she was pregnant in an interview with Vogue. She shared that she had kept the news private for six months. During that interview, she also opened up about a previous pregnancy loss. Well, I had been pregnant… I had loss, she said. She explained that the experience was painful and hard to talk about. Those kinds of losses and trauma are very hard to explain unless you’ve been through them… It’s very, very painful.
The couple announced their son’s birth on Halloween 2024. A few months later, in February 2025, Daddario spoke again to People about motherhood. She described the experience in positive terms. I’m very lucky. He’s a great baby. He’s just brought so much joy and peace in my life, so I recommend it to anyone who wants a kid.
For now, both Daddario and Form are focusing on raising their son together while moving forward separately. They have asked for privacy as they adjust to this new chapter.
