David is an animated biblical musical drama based on the story of David from the Book of Samuel in the Old Testament. The film follows a young Israelite shepherd, poet, and warrior destined to become the King of Israel.
He embarks on a journey to save his people from the Philistines and prove that true power comes from faith and freedom rather than kingship. The movie builds on the story introduced in the five-part miniseries Young David.
The final trailer for 'DAVID' dropped yesterday & with it, Goliath's first spoken line of dialogue, haha. It's still surreal to be a part of such a stunning looking film that everyone involved put all their heart into.
