Cindy Crawford, now 60, continues to turn heads with her youthful looks and glowing complexion. Her secret, according to Crawford, is a strict daily routine that keeps her skin radiant and her body healthy.

Speaking with People, Crawford explained that her regimen includes skincare, dry brushing, intermittent fasting, and regular workouts. “When you feel good about yourself and feel confident, you hold your head a little higher and that’s what people really see,” she said.

A key element of her skincare routine is her own product line, Meaningful Beauty, which she launched over 20 years ago with French doctor Jean-Louis Sebagh. The range is designed to make the skin feel tighter and brighter, and Crawford specifically praises the sun-protectant moisturizer for its anti-aging benefits. “It melts into the skin, so it works great under makeup,” she added.

Crawford also focuses on wellness beyond topical products. She often sits in her home sauna, a ritual she credits with helping maintain her youthful appearance. She combines this with regular exercise, including 20 minutes of cardio followed by weight training, three times a week.

Her workouts include bicep curls, squats, lunges, and general strength training. “I think part of being healthy is mental health and part of mental health is feeling like you are taking care of yourself and feeling good about yourself,” she told The Skinny Confidential in 2024. “If we feel good about ourselves we have so much more confidence and so much more to offer. We raise our hands, we volunteer, we are not hiding in the shadows.”

Crawford also incorporates intermittent fasting into her routine. She usually delays breakfast until around 10 a.m. and works out beforehand. Her morning shake includes coconut milk, a quarter of a banana, spinach, mint, collagen, protein powder, flax, hemp seeds, and maca. Lunch typically features protein paired with a salad, avoiding gluten-heavy foods like bread or pasta. Dinner follows a similar pattern with vegetables and another source of protein.

Her morning routine is particularly detailed, starting with tongue scraping and dry brushing, followed by a self-administered lymphatic drainage using oil, and finishing with a Gua Sha facial massage. Crawford then steps outside to walk barefoot on the grass and soak in her jacuzzi to ground herself. “I do this every morning,” she said, emphasizing that this combination of self-care and physical activity is central to her well-being.

Crawford’s dedication to her health and appearance has also influenced her children. Her daughter Kaia Gerber has followed in her footsteps to become a successful model, and her son Presley, 26, also benefits from her wellness-focused lifestyle. Despite decades in the spotlight, Cindy Crawford has shown that a disciplined approach to skincare, nutrition, and fitness can help maintain a youthful glow well into her 60s.
