Doctor Doom’s Suit and Thor’s Helmet Revealed in ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ Toy Leak

A new set of leaked merchandise tied to Avengers: Doomsday has given fans an early look at some major character designs from the upcoming Marvel film. The images come from action figures linked to the movie and appear to show updated costumes for several key heroes and villains. Marvel Studios has not officially commented on the leak.

The biggest attention is on Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom. The toy figure shows him in a green hooded suit with heavy silver armor across the gloves, boots, and arms. The mask design stays close to the classic comic version, with a metallic finish and a strict, armored look. The packaging for the figure also seems to match promotional artwork that was previously shown during industry events such as CinemaCon 2026.

Chris Hemsworth’s Thor is also part of the leaked set. The figure shows Thor with a more traditional look, including a new helmet design that clearly draws inspiration from older comic book versions of the character. This detail has not been seen in earlier promotional material, making it one of the more surprising reveals from the leak.

A third figure in the collection features Anthony Mackie’s Captain America. The suit shown in the toy includes more white detailing around the upper body and a slightly adjusted design for the gloves and goggles. The changes suggest that Sam Wilson’s version of Captain America may have a refreshed look compared to his previous appearance in Captain America: Brave New World.

According to Evolve Editors, the leak offers some of the clearest hints yet at how Marvel is updating its heroes and villains for the next major crossover event. While toy designs sometimes differ slightly from final on-screen costumes, they often reflect the general direction of character styling in big franchise films.

One of the most talked-about parts of Avengers: Doomsday is the return of Robert Downey Jr. to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. After years of playing Tony Stark, he is now set to return as Victor Von Doom, also known as Doctor Doom. The film’s cast also includes Chris Hemsworth, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Simu Liu, and Chris Evans, among others.

Avengers: Doomsday is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo and is part of Marvel’s Phase Six storyline. It is expected to bring together multiple superhero teams from different universes, including the Avengers, Wakandans, Fantastic Four, and X-Men. The story centers on their combined effort to stop Doctor Doom, who emerges as a major multiverse threat.

The film is scheduled for release on December 18. A sequel, Avengers: Secret Wars, is planned for December 2027, continuing the multiverse storyline and bringing the current saga to a close.
