The second season, titled Into the Grand Line, premiered on March 10, on Netflix. It follows Luffy and the crew as they navigate the dangerous Grand Line and face the mysterious Baroque Works organization.

The main cast has returned, including Iñaki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy, Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Jacob Romero as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji. New additions include David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, Katey Sagal as Dr. Kureha, and Lera Abova as Nico Robin, which excited many fans. Production took place in South Africa in late 2024, using large sets to recreate the manga’s famous locations.
