HBO has released the first teaser for the highly anticipated third season of Euphoria, giving fans a glimpse at Zendaya’s Rue Bennett as she faces new challenges.
The teaser, which also featured sneak peeks at House of the Dragon and Dune: Prophecy, shows Rue reflecting on her life a few years after high school. “There’s no turning back. A few years after high school, I don’t know if life was exactly what I wished,” she narrates.

The short trailer shows Rue at a party, dancing with other women, then alone in a church, and later fleeing from an unseen threat. Several familiar faces return, including Lexi (Maude Apatow), Maddy (Alexa Demie), Nate (Jacob Elordi), Cassie (Sydney Sweeney), and Jules (Hunter Schafer).
A new character, played by Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, appears as a ruthless kingpin who warns Rue, “You walk up into my house, and you don’t even introduce yourself.” While his full story remains a mystery, it’s clear Rue will be facing serious new dangers.
Euphoria season 3 is set to premiere in April 2026, more than four years after the dramatic season 2 finale. The new season will introduce fresh faces, including Rosalía, Trisha Paytas, Natasha Lyonne, Danielle Deadwyler, Eli Roth, and Marshawn Lynch. However, some characters will not return, such as Gia, Rue’s sister played by Storm Reid, and Kat, portrayed by Barbie Ferreira.
Fans can expect the return of Sam Levinson’s signature intense storytelling, with the familiar group of characters navigating complex relationships and personal struggles. The season will continue to explore the dark and chaotic lives of the teenagers fans have come to follow closely.
The release of this teaser builds excitement and gives viewers their first real look at what’s coming in 2026. With Zendaya leading the cast, it’s clear Euphoria will continue to deliver drama, emotion, and unexpected twists.
