Millie Bobby Brown has revealed why she doesn’t have her own Netflix subscription, even though she has earned millions as a teenager. The Stranger Things star has been part of the hit Netflix series for years, watching herself and her fellow cast members grow from child actors into household names.

Brown has also starred in several Netflix projects beyond Stranger Things. She led in films like Enola Holmes and its sequel, Damsel, and appeared alongside Chris Pratt in The Electric State. Despite her many projects with the streaming platform, Brown admitted she still doesn’t pay for her own account.

Speaking to Capital FM earlier this year, Brown said, “I’m still using my parents’ account. I kind of refuse to pay for the subscription because my parents pay, and I’m still a child, in my eyes, and in their eyes. So yeah, I’m part of the family deal.”

The actress’ comments surprised many fans, especially since her earnings from Stranger Things alone reportedly reached $250,000 per episode in season 3, rising to $300,000 per episode for seasons 4 and 5, according to Cosmopolitan. Combined with her modeling and other film projects, Brown’s net worth is estimated at around $20 million.

It seems that even with her wealth, Brown prefers to stay part of her family’s account rather than get her own subscription.
