A French dramedy created by Anne Berest and Fabrice Gobert, ‘Mythomaniac’ follows Elvira, a burned-out working mother who fakes a serious illness to regain her family’s attention, only to set off a chain of secrets and consequences she can’t control. Marina Hands stars as Elvira, with Mathieu Demy as her partner Patrick and Marie Drion, Jérémy Gillet, and Zélie Rixhon as their children. The series, which originally aired on Arte, is directed in part by Fabrice Gobert and blends sharp domestic drama with darkly comic beats. ‘Mythomaniac’ is leaving Netflix on Wednesday, October 29.

This British supernatural comedy-horror was created by Nick Frost, Simon Pegg, Nat Saunders, and James Serafinowicz, and directed by Jim Field Smith. It follows broadband engineer and paranormal enthusiast Gus (Nick Frost) as he teams up with Elton (Samson Kayo) and Astrid (Emma D’Arcy) to investigate hauntings that connect to a larger conspiracy; the ensemble also includes Malcolm McDowell as Richard, Susan Wokoma as Helen, and Simon Pegg as their mysterious boss Dave. Produced by Stolen Picture with Amazon Studios and Sony Pictures Television, the show mixes episodic ghost-of-the-week cases with an overarching mythology. ‘Truth Seekers’ is leaving Prime on Tuesday, October 28.

An African prime-time drama created by Catherine Stewart, ‘Jacob’s Cross’ centers on South African businessman Jacob Makhubu Abayomi (Hlomla Dandala), who learns his biological father is a Nigerian chief and sets out to build a pan-African oil and gas empire while navigating family conflicts and corporate intrigue. The cast features Anthony Bishop, Mmabatho Montsho, Fabian Adeoye Lojede, Bankole Omotoso, Nandi Nyembe, and Jet Novuka. Across its run, episodes were directed by filmmakers including Adze Ugah, Thabang Moleya, Amanda Lane, Catherine Stewart, and Neil Sundstrom, with The Bomb Shelter producing. ‘Jacob’s Cross’ is leaving Prime on Thursday, October 30.

From Y-Films and director Anand Tiwari, ‘Bang Baaja Baaraat’ is a Hindi mini-series about a couple—Pawan (Ali Fazal) and Shahana (Angira Dhar)—whose cross-cultural wedding spirals into chaos when their very different families collide. The show features Rajit Kapur, Gajraj Rao, Shernaz Patel, and Ayesha Raza Mishra in key parental roles, with writing by Anand Tiwari and Sumeet Vyas and production by Ashish Patil. It blends rom-com energy with family drama as pre-wedding rituals expose class clashes, secrets, and expectations. ‘Bang Baaja Baaraat’ is leaving Prime on Thursday, October 30.
