First Look at Zack Snyder’s Upcoming Film Released
The first photos from Zack Snyder’s new film, The Last Photograph, have just been released, giving fans a glimpse of the upcoming drama thriller.
The movie tells the story of a man searching for his missing niece and nephew after their parents are murdered.
The only person who can help him is a war photographer who witnessed the killers. Together, their journey takes them through dangerous South American mountains, blurring the line between reality and the surreal.
The Last Photograph is directed by Zack Snyder, with a screenplay by Kurt Johnstad, and is based on an original story by Snyder. The film stars Stuart Martin and Fra Fee in the lead roles.

According to reports, Snyder had been developing this project since the mid-2000s, but the rights had lapsed over time.
Producer Gianni Nunnari later negotiated a deal to secure the rights again. Christian Bale and Sean Penn were originally attached to star back in 2011, but they are no longer involved. The project was officially greenlit in August, with Stuart Martin and Fra Fee joining the cast.
Filming took place in Iceland, Colombia, and Los Angeles, with Snyder himself acting as cinematographer. In November, Snyder announced that filming had wrapped, thanking his international crew for their work.
The movie’s score will be composed by Hans Zimmer, Omer Benyamin, and Steven Doar, who were hired in August.
Fans now have the first look at the film through the newly released photos. They show the movie’s dramatic tone and hint at the intense journey the characters will face.
