First Look: Melania Trump’s Documentary Trailer Released
The first trailer for Melania Trump’s upcoming documentary, MELANIA, has been released. Fox News published the teaser on December 17, ahead of the film’s planned theatrical release early next year.
Produced by Amazon MGM Studios, the documentary will focus on the 20 days leading up to the 2025 Presidential Inauguration.
According to the official description, viewers will get an “unprecedented access” into this period of Trump’s life. The project is also expected to be accompanied by a documentary series on Amazon.
“History is set in motion during the 20 days of my life prior to the U.S. Presidential Inauguration,” Melania Trump told Fox News. “For the first time, global audiences are invited into theaters to witness this pivotal chapter unfold — a private, unfiltered look as I navigate family, business, and philanthropy on my remarkable journey to becoming First Lady of the United States of America.”
The trailer begins with footage of Trump at her husband’s inauguration, saying, “here we go again.” It also shows scenes of her in New York, at Mar-a-Lago, and traveling on planes. “Everyone wants to know, so here it is,” she says in the teaser.

MELANIA is set to hit theaters on January 30, 2026, and will later be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video. The film is the first release from Trump’s newly announced production company, Muse Films, which she revealed on social media last month.
The documentary is directed by Brett Ratner, known for the Rush Hour series. Ratner has not directed a feature film since 2017, when multiple women accused him of s**** misconduct during the #MeToo movement.
This trailer gives audiences their first glimpse at Melania Trump’s personal perspective on her journey to becoming First Lady and the behind-the-scenes moments leading up to a major historic event.
