Jackman, 57, and Foster, 50, have a long history together in theater circles, first crossing paths in 2008 and later working together in 2021, which helped them build a close friendship.
Over time, that friendship blossomed into romance, and after both actors ended their previous marriages, they made their relationship public in January 2025. They were first spotted on a date night, officially confirming reports of their romance.
Jackman’s personal life has been in the spotlight for decades. He married Deborra-Lee Furness in 1996, after meeting on the set of the Australian TV series Correlli.
The couple faced challenges, including two miscarriages, and later adopted two children. In September 2023, Jackman and Furness announced their separation, with their divorce finalized in June.
Sutton Foster, a Broadway veteran known for her Tony-winning performances, has supported Jackman through his transition into this new chapter. The AFI Fest premiere gave fans a first glimpse of the couple on the red carpet, where their chemistry was clear and joyful.
