‘Ironheart’ Star Dominique Thorne Wants to Fight RDJ’s Doctor Doom & One Other Series’ Villain Wants a Team-up with Him

Dominique Thorne stars as Riri Williams/Ironheart, an MIT student and genius inventor who creates a suit rivaling Iron Man’s. Anthony Ramos plays Parker Robbins/The Hood, a complex ally of Riri who uses dark arts and magic.

The cast also includes Alden Ehrenreich as Joe McGillicuddy, Lyric Ross as Riri’s best friend Natalie, and Anji White as Riri’s mother. Other notable actors like Shea Couleé, Jim Rash (reprising his role as the Dean of MIT), and Sacha Baron Cohen.

The show has been described as being a mix of technology and supernatural, and honestly the premise sounds quite intriguing. ‘Ironheart’ premiered on Disney+ as part of Phase Five of the MCU.

The show’s stars sat down with Rotten Tomatoes and answered some questions related to the MCU, Thorne revealed that she would love to fight Doctor Doom while Ramos revealed he would naturally want to team up with him:

Thorne: I mean who wouldn’t, right? I think that’s again, like, one of the greatest things about the MCU, is that right when you think, “oh we’ve seen it all,” there is indeed more. And not only is there more, but it’s more with so much depth to it. And so I know everybody, like, we were all already beside ourselves thinking about what that even looks like. And so of course, I mean, I think we probably all do.
