Jaden Smith made a striking impression at the Louis Vuitton Fall 2026 show in Paris on Tuesday, marking the final day of Paris Fashion Week. Known for pushing creative boundaries, Smith paired his role as Louis Vuitton’s first men’s creative director with a standout choice in footwear, wearing Christian Louboutin shoes on the runway.

The phrase echoes Smith’s vision for his fall collection, which he described as “inspired by the history of working men throughout the centuries: the stone masons, the scribes, the doctors. The shoes also displayed the Louboutin name along the back, complementing their signature red soles. Smith finished the look with ultra-baggy pants, a long button-down, a cropped leather jacket, sunglasses, and a handbag modeled after Louis Vuitton’s ateliers in Asnières. Smith’s appointment as men’s creative director at Louboutin was announced in September 2025, quickly generating $5.4 million in media impact value over just two days, according to Launchmetrics.
Speaking about taking on the role, he said, “This is one of the biggest honors of my life, and I feel a lot of pressure to be able to live up to everything that Christian has done for the house, and also stepping into such a serious role. When he reached out to me, I was just blown away, because of how similar we are and how much we like to do things in a similar manner.”
