Jake Hall, known for appearing on the reality series The Only Way Is Essex, has died at the age of 35 while in Spain. Reports say he suffered fatal head injuries at a villa in Majorca. Authorities are treating the case as an accidental death while investigations continue.

The incident reportedly took place in Santa Margarita, Majorca, on Wednesday. Spanish officials are waiting for post-mortem results to confirm the exact circumstances. The UK Foreign Office also confirmed it is supporting Hall’s family and working with local authorities.

The 35-year-old, who played for Boston United, was reportedly found by police with fatal head wounds believed to have been caused after smashing through a glass door.

Hall first gained public attention through his role on The Only Way Is Essex, where he joined as a friend of cast member Vas J Morgan. He was also previously in a relationship with fellow cast member Chloe Lewis.

Tributes have been shared by people who worked with him and knew him personally. The show released a statement offering condolences to his family and friends. Several former reality TV stars and public figures also posted messages expressing shock and sadness, remembering him as kind and warm.

Outside of television, Hall built a career in fashion. He started his own clothing brand in his early twenties, which later grew into a label worn by well-known celebrities. The brand was eventually sold, but later faced financial difficulties.

He later launched another fashion project inspired by life in Spain, where he had spent part of his childhood. In interviews, he spoke about how designing helped him through difficult periods in his life, especially after setbacks in business.

More recently, Hall turned to art. He began painting and creating sculptures, sharing his work online and focusing on a new creative direction. He often credited his daughter as a major influence in helping him find that path.

Hall is survived by his young daughter, River. His former partner and the child’s mother has asked for privacy, saying the family is focused on supporting their daughter during this difficult time.

Hall had been active on social media shortly before his death, sharing photos from his time in Spain.

This is a very sad reminder of how quickly life can change, especially for people in the public eye who go through both success and personal struggles. Many will remember him for his time on television, but also for his efforts to rebuild himself through business and art. What do you think about this news? Share your thoughts in the comments.
