Jason Momoa Hits ‘Supergirl’ London Premiere With His Kids and Girlfriend
Jason Momoa made a high-profile appearance at the “Supergirl” fan event held in Leicester Square on June 18, 2026. The event took place in the center of London’s film premiere district and drew cast members, fans, and media.
Momoa arrived at the premiere with his family and partner. He was joined by his 17-year-old son Nakoa-Wolf Momoa and his 18-year-old daughter Lola Iolani Momoa, both of whom he shares with his former wife Lisa Bonet. His girlfriend, actor Adria Arjona, also attended the event with him. Arjona is known for her role in “Blink Twice” and is the daughter of singer Ricardo Arjona.
The group appeared together on the red carpet, with Momoa dressed in a dark grey suit and waistcoat. His children also wore coordinated dark outfits, while Arjona stood out in a bright red dress. The appearance added a personal family angle to the film’s London premiere, which is part of the global promotional tour for the upcoming DC film.
“Supergirl” is scheduled for release on June 26, 2026. The film follows a storyline in which Supergirl goes on a short but urgent mission involving her injured superdog Krypto, who has been poisoned by the villain Krem of the Yellow Hills, played by Matthias Schoenaerts.
Momoa plays the character Lobo, an intergalactic bounty hunter who comes into conflict with Supergirl. The role marks a shift into a more antihero-style character for him within the DC universe. Speaking during a later interview appearance on June 19 at ITV studios in London, Momoa described the role as something he has long wanted to play.
He said: “I was obsessed with these comics when I was a little kid. It’s very surreal.” He also added that the role felt personal to him, calling it a dream project.
During the same promotional visit, Momoa appeared relaxed and energetic while talking about the film’s production and his character’s place in the story. His comments focused on how meaningful it was for him to finally work in a world he grew up reading about.
The London premiere also created attention beyond the film itself. A nearby cocktail bar that overlooks the Leicester Square red carpet joined in on the event by creating a themed drink inspired by the actor. The drink, a large fishbowl-style mimosa, was humorously named “Jason Mamosa” and became part of the light entertainment surrounding the premiere night.
Cast members including Milly Alcock, who plays Supergirl, also attended the event, along with Matthias Schoenaerts and Eve Ridley. The premiere served as a major promotional moment for the film ahead of its global theatrical release later in the month.
Momoa’s appearance combined family, press promotion, and fan engagement in one event, making it one of the standout celebrity moments of the London premiere season.
