Jennifer Aniston says you don’t need hours in the gym to stay strong and sculpted. The 57-year-old actress has shared her quick workout routine through a new on-demand series with the fitness platform Pvolve. Her arms and abs, long admired by fans, are the result of short, consistent sessions rather than long workouts.

Aniston told Page Six, “There are days when I only have 10 minutes — and I take them. I love a little movement snack — it’s how you build strength that lasts.” The program combines multiple types of exercise in one session, targeting strength, mobility, and stability all at once. “What makes those 15 minutes powerful is that you’re not just doing one thing. With Pvolve, you’re building strength, mobility and stability all at once,” she added.

This is the first time Aniston and her personal trainer, Dani Coleman, have released a full express workout series together on the streaming platform. The workouts often use Pvolve’s signature equipment, like resistance bands, weighted balls, and gliders. Equipment bundles, such as Jen’s Arms and Abs Bundle, include these tools along with a month of access to Pvolve’s library of over 1,800 workouts.

Aniston first connected with Pvolve in 2023, after being introduced to Coleman. According to Coleman, their first session together was a full-body routine using Pvolve equipment. Since then, Aniston has used the streaming workouts regularly and continues to train with Coleman multiple times a week. In a press release, she said, “These are the exact workouts I come back to because they work.”

Even without a personal trainer at home, Pvolve offers users the chance to follow Aniston’s short routines and maintain strength effectively. She has shown that quick, focused sessions can keep the body toned and strong, proving that consistency can beat long hours in the gym.

Jennifer Aniston’s approach is practical and inspiring. Short, structured workouts are achievable for almost anyone, making fitness less intimidating. It’s proof that you don’t need to spend hours at the gym to stay in shape. What do you think about her 15-minute workout method? Would you try it? Share your thoughts in the comments.
