Jennifer Aniston is 56 and still in incredible shape, and her trainer, Dani Coleman, shared some insight into how she keeps her body so strong. Coleman, founder and VP of training at Pvolve, told the Daily Mail that Aniston prioritizes movement no matter where she is or how busy her schedule gets.

No matter how much time or where Jen’s schedule takes her, she always values moving her body, Coleman said. She understands that doing something each day, even if it’s small, is better than nothing, which is why she loves Pvolve because we have workouts of all lengths and formats.

According to Coleman, their training focuses on full-body, high-intensity workouts that use low-impact movements. These exercises build lean muscle without putting too much strain on the joints.

Jen and I train utilizing our Signature formats: Strength & Sculpt, Sculpt & Burn, and Progressive Weight Training, Coleman explained. We do full-body workouts and love to frequent our p.band, p.3 trainer, p.ball, and gliders, and we mix in heavy dumbbells with a focus on building lean muscle mass.

Coleman also mentioned that their workouts include fun moments to keep the sessions enjoyable. Music is a big part of it, and there are often little breaks to play with Aniston’s dogs. Coleman called her a “super woman” for her commitment to staying fit and consistent with her routines.

Aniston has been a supporter of Pvolve since 2023 and credits the program for helping her maintain the toned and athletic look she’s known for since her Friends days. The focus on multi-directional and functional movements keeps her strong while avoiding repetitive isolated exercises.

Outside the gym, Aniston remains extremely busy in Hollywood. She is preparing for the fourth season of her Apple TV+ drama The Morning Show, where she stars as Alex Levy and serves as an executive producer alongside Reese Witherspoon.

Fans are also revisiting her older work. Her 2009 rom-com He’s Just Not That Into You is trending on Prime Video for its 17th anniversary. On top of acting, Aniston continues to expand her hair care brand, LolaVie, which has grown internationally over the past year. Rumors have even surfaced that she’s interested in returning for a potential Horrible Bosses 3.

Coleman’s insights show that Aniston’s dedication to movement is a key part of her energy and success. Recovery and movement are essential. Jen’s focus on consistent exercise helps her handle the busy life she leads, Coleman said.

It’s impressive to see how consistent Aniston is with her fitness, even with such a packed career. Her dedication to daily movement is clearly part of why she continues to look and perform at such a high level.
