Jensen Ackles has marked the final day of filming for the new show Vought Rising, a spinoff from The Boys, by sharing a behind-the-scenes video on his Instagram.
The actor, best known for his role as Dean Winchester on Supernatural, gives fans a peek at the process of getting into his Soldier Boy costume, which he says requires three to five people to help him get ready. Along with the video, Ackles officially confirmed that production for Season 1 is wrapped.

So far, there’s no official release date for Vought Rising, but many expect it to arrive shortly after the premiere of The Boys Season 5. That season of The Boys, which will be the series finale, begins with a two-episode premiere on April 8, 2026, and new episodes will drop weekly on Prime Video until the final episode airs on May 20.
