Justin Baldoni’s Gross Remarks About Women Exposed by Blake Lively’s Driver in Court
New court documents in the ongoing lawsuit between It Ends With Us co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni have revealed shocking new testimony from Lively’s longtime driver, Kevin Alexander.
According to the deposition, Alexander described hearing comments from Baldoni about women that he found “very out of the ordinary” and disturbing enough to warn Lively immediately.
The testimony, part of nearly 200 exhibits unsealed on January 20, claims the incident took place during a car ride from New York City to a production office in New Jersey. Alexander said Baldoni spoke about his past s**** relations with women in a way that distracted him while driving. The driver added that Baldoni allegedly talked about forcing himself on women even if they said no, which Alexander called “just disturbing.”
Alexander explained that it was his first time meeting Baldoni. “To me it was very out of the ordinary to meet somebody and talk like that in a vehicle,” he said. After the ride, Alexander claimed he spoke privately with Lively, saying, “I feel very uncomfortable. Something is not right here. I would like to do a background check on him or something.”
The documents also include messages between Lively and her friend Taylor Swift. In the exchanges, Lively reportedly called Baldoni a “doofus director” and a “clown”, while Swift allegedly referred to him as a “b***.”
The lawsuit, which started in late 2024, centers on Lively’s claims of s**** harassment and an alleged smear campaign by Baldoni. He has denied all allegations. His countersuit for defamation, valued at $400 million, was dismissed in June 2025.
Outside of court, both stars continue their careers. Lively recently finished filming the sequel to Another Simple Favor and has been cast in the upcoming thriller The Survival List. Her husband, Ryan Reynolds, is working on the next Deadpool film.
Baldoni has stayed active with his production company, Wayfarer Studios, releasing The Senior in late 2025 and executive producing projects including Eleanor the Great and Code 3. He also continues promoting his Man Enough platform, which focuses on modern masculinity.
The legal dispute is ongoing. U.S. District Judge Lewis Liman recently heard arguments about Baldoni’s request to dismiss the case. The trial is scheduled to start in New York City on May 18. As more information becomes public, the case remains one of Hollywood’s most closely watched legal battles.
