Kendall Jenner Spills the Truth About Every Cosmetic Treatment She’s Had
Kendall Jenner is finally addressing the ongoing rumors about her appearance. The 30-year-old model spoke on the podcast In Your Dreams with Owen Thiele, putting to rest speculation that she had undergone extensive facial surgery.
“I’ve never had any plastic surgery on my face. I’ve never had any work done,” Jenner said, explaining that online claims about full facial reconstruction or a nose job are false. She admitted that sometimes when she looks at old photos, she can see why people might think she had a procedure.
“I will say the nose job allegations I’ve gotten, I would believe them if it wasn’t me. I look at old photos of me, and I’m like, ‘Wait, it does look like I’ve had a nose job,’” she explained. Jenner credited the subtle changes in her face to natural growth and using Accutane to treat acne. While the medication doesn’t shrink the nose, dermatologists say its effects on the skin and oil glands can create a slightly smaller appearance.
Jenner also opened up about trying cosmetic treatments in a limited way. She revealed she had done two rounds of “baby Botox” on her forehead but ultimately preferred her natural look. “I didn’t love it, and I don’t love it,” she said. “I consider [getting it again] sometimes, but then I’m, like, ‘My eyebrows are so straight and low to my eyes that I actually really enjoy the movement that I have.’”
In addition to Botox, Jenner said she’s tried PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments and microneedling to manage her skin, particularly to treat past issues with cystic acne. “I’ll still get breakouts and stuff, but nothing like what it was,” she noted. She expressed gratitude for her access to top dermatologists, emphasizing that she feels lucky to have the resources and knowledge to care for her skin.
Despite her success and fame, Jenner admitted she still deals with insecurities. “I want to give myself grace every day for the things that might bother [me],” she said. “But I also think as I get older, the less of a f**** I give.”
Jenner’s career has been highly successful. She debuted on Forbes’ list of top-earning models in 2015 at number 16 and was named the world’s highest-paid model in 2017. She has worked as creative director for FWRD, been the face of By Far’s debut fragrance Daydream, and appeared in campaigns for Gucci, Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein.
Beyond her professional life, Jenner has had notable relationships, including brief romances with Harry Styles, NBA players Ben Simmons and Devin Booker, and Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny.
It’s clear Jenner is focused on maintaining a balance between her career and personal life while also addressing public scrutiny about her appearance. Her candid conversation highlights the pressures of living in the public eye while asserting control over her own story.
From my perspective, it’s refreshing to see Jenner speak openly about cosmetic treatments while rejecting exaggerated rumors. It reminds us that public figures are human and face insecurities just like anyone else. What do you think about her honesty on cosmetic procedures? Share your thoughts in the comments.
