Kristi Noem Calls ‘South Park’ Portrayal Sexist — But Ignores Animal Violence Scenes
The latest episode of South Park didn’t hold back, going all out with its satire on Donald Trump, ICE raids, and political figures like Vice President JD Vance and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. The show, known for its edgy humor, was especially sharp this time around.
Kristi Noem, in a memorable scene, talks about putting her puppy down by sh***** it in the face, explaining it as a tough but necessary decision. Throughout the episode, she’s shown s***** multiple puppies, on the streets, in heaven, and even while taking a bath. Noem, dressed in a bulletproof vest, delivers a video speech to new ICE recruits, including the recently laid-off South Park teacher, Mr. Mackey.
At the end, she promises, “together we will make sure everyone is in this country legally.” But things take a wild turn when ICE raids not only people on Earth but also Dora the Explorer and even Heaven itself. Noem chillingly adds, “if it’s Brown, it goes down.”
Kristi Noem responded to the episode during an interview on The Glenn Beck Program podcast. She said, “It’s so lazy to just constantly make fun of women for how they look. It’s only the liberals and the extremists who do that.” She went on to say, “If they wanted to criticize my job, go ahead and do that, but clearly they can’t. They just pick something petty like that.” Noem did not address the part of the show where her character kills puppies, which is weird, I have to be honest. She only focused on the part of the episode that makes fun of her for using Botox.
South Park mocked Kristi Noem for shooting dogs because of a real-life story she shared in her book No Going Back. In it, Noem talks about killing her dog, Cricket, and a male goat because they were aggressive and untrainable. She also has suggested that one of President Biden’s dogs, Commander, deserved the same fate after biting Secret Service agents. Commander no longer lives at the White House.
Besides Noem, the episode also featured President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance in a threesome with Satan. Vance even reacted on X, joking, “Well, I’ve finally made it.”
This episode, called “Got a Nut,” came just two weeks after the delayed Season 27 premiere, which took a hard swing at Trump. That earlier episode showed a less-than-impressive Trump in bed with Satan and a naked president wandering the desert, mocking the current political climate and Paramount’s huge payment to Trump.
The White House reportedly wasn’t happy. A spokesperson named Taylor Rogers said, “This show hasn’t been relevant for over 20 years and is hanging on by a thread with uninspired ideas in a desperate attempt for attention.” She added, “President Trump has delivered on more promises in just six months than any other president in our country’s history – and no fourth-rate show can derail President Trump’s hot streak.”
But South Park didn’t stay silent. When ICE tried to tease the show by posting an advance image on its social media, the South Park account fired back with, “Wait, so we ARE relevant?” and even added a hashtag to drive the point home.

This episode proves once again that South Park isn’t afraid to take aim at powerful figures and controversial topics, keeping its bold and unapologetic style alive in its 27th season.
The first trailer for ‘SOUTH PARK’ Season 27 has been released.
