Latest ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ Set Photos Finally Confirmed the Return of MCU’s Second-Biggest Character

Exciting new set photos from Avengers: Doomsday have fans talking about a major return in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The photos suggest that Chris Evans will be back as Captain America, visiting a past timeline where he’s living with Peggy Carter. The images show a vintage house, a green car from another era, and even swing sets, hinting that Steve and Peggy might have kids.

Something similar was also reported by a user on X named @ShareZone5, who claims to have spotted clues on set pointing to this possibility. “The farmhouse had swings and slides for children,” the user wrote. They also noticed small bicycles that look like they belong to toddlers.

Chris Evans is confirmed for the film, but fans are unsure whether he’s playing the original Captain America in the past, or if he’s appearing as an alternate version like Nomad, or even a brand-new take on a classic character like the Human Torch.

Hayley Atwell will also return as Peggy Carter, showing that the story of this iconic couple is continuing.

Avengers: Doomsday is being directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, with a script by Michael Waldron and Stephen McFeely.
