Here’s a handy heads-up on what’s landing throughout the week of Monday, September 15 through Sunday, September 21. You’ll find reality competition, a new music-driven comedy, high-octane aviation nonfiction, brick-built galactic mayhem, and snack-size animated prank calls—so there’s something here for every kind of watchlist.

Below, each pick includes the essential who’s-who and what-it’s-about details—cast, creators, and the core premise—plus the exact day it drops this week. Titles are in single quotes so they’re easy to spot as you scroll.

‘Dancing with the Stars’ (2005–present)

Endemol Shine North America

The long-running U.S. edition of the ballroom competition—adapted from the U.K.’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’—pairs celebrities with pro dancers for weekly choreographed routines adjudicated by a panel of experts. The series is produced by BBC Studios Los Angeles and has been steered in recent seasons by executive producer/showrunner Conrad Green. Regular judges are Derek Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba, and Bruno Tonioli, with hosting duties handled by Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough. The new season marks the franchise’s 20th anniversary.

Season 34 gets underway on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. The format remains the same: couples perform different dance styles each week, aiming for high judges’ scores combined with audience votes to avoid elimination and keep their shot at the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.

‘Electric Bloom’ (2025–present)

Disney Branded Television

This music-driven coming-of-age comedy rewinds the origin story of a globally famous pop group as its three members—over-achiever Posey Parker, rebellious Jade, and quirky Tulip Aoki—look back on the day they met in high school and how their friendship turned into a band. The main cast features Lumi Pollack (Posey), Carmen Sanchez (Jade), Ruby Marino (Tulip), and Nathaniel Buescher (Lucas). The series was created by Eric Friedman, Alex Fox, and Rachel Lewis, with Friedman serving as showrunner.

Songwriting legend Diane Warren is an executive producer and wrote the theme and many of the original songs; Jody Margolin Hahn directed the pilot and is also an executive producer. Guest appearances this season include Maia Kealoha and Dara Reneé. Set your reminder for Wednesday, September 17, 2025.

‘Top Guns: The Next Generation’ (2025)

'Top Gun: The Next Generation' (2025)
Rex TV

National Geographic’s six-part docuseries embeds with U.S. Navy and Marine Corps student pilots in the unforgiving advanced phase of strike-fighter training. Across six months, cameras capture bombing runs, carrier landings, and dogfighting drills as students push through the pressure-cooker environment to earn their “wings of gold.” The series is produced by Rex (a Zinc Media Group label) for National Geographic, with Karen Edwards and Chris Parkin as showrunners, Lana Salah as series director, and executive producers Tanya Shaw and Simon Raikes.

The premiere week installment arrives on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. Expect an emphasis on personal stakes as much as aerial mastery—the production balances in-cockpit action with the pilots’ lives off base, depicting the sacrifices and decision points that determine who advances.

This four-part sequel continues the 2024 ‘LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy’ storyline, sending Sig Greebling and Darth Dev on a reality-bending quest that mixes “Force Building” and “Sith Breaking” with deep cuts from across LEGO Star Wars lore. Returning voices include Gaten Matarazzo (Sig Greebling), Tony Revolori (Dev/Darth Dev), Bobby Moynihan (Jedi Bob), Marsai Martin (Yesi Scala), Michael Cusack (Servo), and Ahmed Best (Darth Jar Jar), with special appearances by Mark Hamill and newcomers Dan Stevens (Solitus), Ashley Eckstein (LEGO BrickHeadz™ Ahsoka Tano), and Ben Schwartz (Jaxxon).

Developed by showrunners/writers Dan Hernandez and Benji Samit (who led the 2024 miniseries) with directing on the original run by Chris Buckley, the new chapters again mash up eras and characters in playful, canon-adjacent ways. The galaxy-twisting fun continues on Friday, September 19, 2025.

‘Random Rings’ (2019–present)

'Random Rings' (2019–present)
Disney Television Animation

These animated interstitial shorts feature Disney characters—especially the ‘Big City Greens’ crew—making scripted prank phone calls that feel off-the-cuff but are written to deliver quick, punchy gags. Notable voice talent across episodes includes Chris Houghton (Cricket Green), Marieve Herington (Tilly Green), Artemis Pebdani (Gramma Alice), Dan Povenmire (Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz), and Fred Tatasciore.

Produced by Disney Television Animation with shorts typically running one to two minutes, the series lists Jenna Hicks as producer and Daniel Siegel as story editor on Disney’s series page. A fresh batch is slated for Friday, September 19, 2025.
