Lily Allen Sizzles in Tiny Bikini During Post-Breakup Workout Video
Lily Allen is soaking up the sun in Mexico and showing fans that life after her split from Stranger Things star David Harbour is looking bright. The 40-year-old singer shared a series of Instagram posts on Sunday, January 25, giving a glimpse of her tropical getaway and confident, carefree energy.
In one of the standout clips, Allen lounges on a chair in a purple bandeau bikini top and high-waisted red bottoms. She turned a quiet moment into a mini-workout, lifting her arms and legs to show off her toned figure.
Another post shows her standing at the edge of an infinity pool, the sparkling ocean stretching behind her. Fans were quick to respond, praising her playful spirit and vacation vibes. One joked, I’d love to believe in anything as much as you believe in your bikini wax, while another simply commented she was living the dream.
Allen captioned her post, Lily loves Mexico, reflecting how much she is enjoying the getaway. The trip also comes after a tough year in her personal life. The singer and Harbour officially put their Brooklyn townhouse up for sale, lowering the price from $8 million to $7.3 million as they finalize their separation, according to reports.
Professionally, Allen is entering a high point in her career. Her fifth studio album, West End Girl, has already racked up over 150 million streams and earned her multiple 2026 BRIT Award nominations.
The album, which fans believe draws inspiration from her recent personal struggles, is set to be the focus of her first headlining tour in seven years. The “West End Girl Tour” kicks off in Glasgow this March and will conclude with a London Palladium residency. She has also added a summer arena run, including three nights at London’s O2 Arena, due to high demand.
Meanwhile, Harbour is keeping busy as well. He will star in the HBO dark comedy DTF St. Louis with Jason Bateman and reprise his role as Red Guardian in the Marvel film Avengers: Doomsday later this year.
Despite the breakup and the bittersweet moments behind her latest album, Allen seems focused on moving forward. Between music, motherhood of her daughters Ethel and Marnie, and enjoying her tropical escape, she is balancing career and family while looking toward a big year in 2026.
Lily loves Mexico might just be the perfect reset for her before she hits the stage for her upcoming tour.
