Marvel Studios just gave fans a wild surprise. They released a full video tour of the Baxter Building, the home of the Fantastic Four. Even better? The building has been listed on Zillow. Yes, the famous HQ is now part of the real estate world, and the listing is filled with details that only a superhero could love.

The listing shows the building at 260 Baxter Building Plaza in New York City. It’s priced at $4,444,444 and has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and, no surprise here, 4,444 square feet of space. The Zestimate® matches the asking price exactly, so it seems like a perfect fit for anyone who wants to live like a superhero.

The virtual tour, shared by Marvel Studios, gives fans a closer look inside this high-tech tower. They describe it as “a remarkable residence that blends timeless design with the latest innovations from ReedTech.” And honestly, it looks like something out of the future.

There’s a high-tech kitchen where you can “flame on” with the help of an indoor barbecue. You also get help around the house from H.E.R.B.I.E., a robotic assistant who’s always ready to jump in. One of the coolest features is the rocket launch pad at the top, where you can enjoy the skyline, and maybe even catch a glimpse of the Human Torch flying by.

But this isn’t just a fancy apartment. It’s also the home base of Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Ben Grimm, and Johnny Storm. The building has multiple floors of science labs and workshops. It’s where the team works on big ideas and bold inventions. At the bottom of the building is the headquarters of the Future Foundation. That’s where the Fantastic Four focus on projects to help the world, especially in science and clean energy.

According to the listing, “Their mission: to deliver clean energy and elevate scientific progress around the globe.”

And yes, the place has style too. There are cozy conversation areas, indoor grills, old-school color TVs, and even fireproof furniture. Parking is covered too, with space for the FantastiCar and even a skyport for airborne arrivals.

All this buzz ties into Marvel’s upcoming film The Fantastic Four: First Steps. It hits theaters on July 25, 2025, and kicks off Phase Six of the MCU. Matt Shakman is directing the movie, which stars Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Joseph Quinn. Other cast members include Julia Garner, Natasha Lyonne, Paul Walter Hauser, and Ralph Ineson.

The movie skips the team’s origin story and throws fans right into the action. The story is set on a world inspired by the 1960s but filled with retro-futuristic tech. The Fantastic Four will be going head-to-head with Galactus, a cosmic being who literally eats planets. He’s joined by his powerful herald, the Silver Surfer.

So whether you’re dreaming of moving in or just want to see where Marvel’s first family lives, the Baxter Building tour is worth a watch. You can check it out now in FantastiVision, courtesy of Marvel Studios and Zillow.
