Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford gave boxing fans a huge night in Las Vegas on Saturday as they clashed at Allegiant Stadium.

The fight was billed as one of the biggest in recent years, and it wasn’t just the action inside the ring that caught attention. The event drew a massive crowd of celebrities from sports, film, television, and music.

According to reports from Allegiant Stadium, the red carpet was rolled out for the occasion, and stars filled the seats to watch two of boxing’s best go head-to-head.

Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson, who has long been tied to Las Vegas, was in the building. Other boxing legends like Shane Mosley, Thomas Hearns, Lennox Lewis, Hasim Rahman, Shakur Stevenson, Andy Ruiz Jr., and Jaime Munguia also came out to watch the showdown. UFC names were spotted too, including Michael Chandler.

Hollywood had a strong presence. Mark Wahlberg, Jason Statham, Jeremy Renner, Rob Lowe, Josh Duhamel, Charlie Sheen, Wilmer Valderrama, Holt McCallanay, Holly Madison, and Charlize Theron all showed up. Michael J. Fox also made an appearance, as did Modern Family star Sofia Vergara, who greeted Alvarez before the fight. Brenda Song was there too, alongside her husband Macaulay Culkin.

From the world of sports, the list was just as long. Former NFL players Chad Ochocinco, Marshawn Lynch, LeSean McCoy, DeMarcus Cousins, Michael Irvin, and Jay Williams were there. Basketball coach Tyronn Lue and sports agent Rich Paul were also seen. Angel Reese, one of the most talked-about athletes in women’s basketball, made an appearance too.

Other recognizable faces included Lonnie Ali, the widow of Muhammad Ali, as well as Nick Khan, CEO of WWE.

And then there was YouTube star MrBeast, continuing his trend of showing up at major sports events. Fresh from his trip to Brazil for an NFL game, he was right there in Vegas for one of boxing’s biggest nights.

The fight between Alvarez and Crawford may have been the main attraction, but the star-studded guest list turned the event into a spectacle of its own. From legendary fighters to A-list actors and popular musicians, the night felt like a mix of Hollywood and the boxing world sharing one stage.

It was a reminder that boxing still knows how to bring people together in a way few other sports can. With so many stars filling the arena, the buzz around the fight only grew bigger.

What do you think about this mix of sports and celebrity culture? Does it add to the excitement of a big fight, or do you prefer when the focus stays only on the athletes? Share your thoughts in the comments.
