Miley Cyrus Reunites with Original ‘Hannah Montana’ Cast at 20th Anniversary Premiere
Miley Cyrus reunited with the original cast of Hannah Montana at the world premiere of the 20th Anniversary Special in Los Angeles this week, according to Deadline. The event was held at the El Capitan Theatre ahead of the special’s debut on Disney+ the following day.
Cyrus walked the red carpet with her mom, Tish Cyrus, and her partner, Maxx Morando. Fans also spotted co-stars from the classic Disney Channel show, including Jason Earles, Moisés Arias, Shanica Knowles, Anna Maria Perez de Tagle, and Cody Linley. David Archuleta, who appeared in a memorable Season 3 episode, joined the celebration as well.
Emily Osment, who played Miley’s best friend and confidante on the show, shared on social media that she could not attend because she is currently filming the series Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage.

She wrote, “Hannah Montana changed my life, it gave me a lifelong respect for this medium of comedy, it taught me discipline, patience, timing and respect working in an adult space so young. I can’t tell you what your sweet messages mean to me and how lucky I feel to have been apart of this once in a generation goliath of a television show. Thank you for letting me into your living rooms and I hope to still be there many years from now. Would never be where I am without you guys, working on another beautiful show I love so dearly. Other stars who attended included newly minted Oscar winner Rei Ami, Willow and Jaden Smith, Lainey Wilson, JoJo Siwa, Ilona Maher, and Dara Reneé. The premiere was filled with familiar faces and new names alike, highlighting the broad cultural impact of Hannah Montana over the past two decades.
